In 2021 a family from Hong Kong embarked on a journey to bring authentic Hong Kong street food to Warrington, UK. They opened a small café that quickly gained popularity for its  famous curry beef brisket , roasted meats, and milk tea, staying true to traditional recipes. Initially facing cultural challenges, they began sharing the stories behind each dish, educating locals about their culinary heritage. 

As word spread, the café became a local hotspot, celebrated for its quality and cultural exchange. Today, they plan to expand their menu to introduce even more traditional dishes, ensuring that the flavors of Hong Kong continue to thrive in the UK.
